SupportAI ("Service") is an AI-powered knowledge assistant provided by Grundlabs GmbH ("we", "us"). The Service includes a desktop application and cloud-based AI inference API.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer the API; (c) share account credentials; (d) exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means; (e) use the Service to process data you do not have rights to.
Your documents are processed locally on your device using our desktop application. Only your questions and relevant text snippets are sent to our inference API. We do not store your documents on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
New accounts receive 50 free messages. No credit card is required. Free trial messages do not roll over.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grundlabs GmbH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
Responses generated by the AI are based on your knowledge base and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before acting on it.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
